EC 110
This sealing device includes two sealing units for optional use. When the units are deployed downstream of a packaging machine that operates horizontally or vertically (bag packaging machine or flowpack), the closures are applied according to the pre-selected recipe, allowing the machine to produce a wide range of different packaging results.
Thanks to the machine’s own pulse-controlled drive, no synchronisation is required.
Depending on the packaging fed into the machine, an integrated vacuum system in the sealing station can suck out the excess air create tightly sealed, tidy packaging.
At a tilt angle of 20°, 30° or (optionally) 45° or 60°, the bags are guided across a transverse product carrier belt, and once the selected closure has been applied, they are fed out of the machine.
